I went to watch Rendition this afternoon and it was truly a masterpiece. In IMDB website, the movie was describe as a solid movie with a powerful ending. I totally agree with it.The movie is star-studded but it is not the stars that captured my attention. It is the storyline and how it leads to the powerful ending.
The 2 hour movie is starred by Reese Witherspoon, Omar Metwally, Jake Gyllenhaal, Meryl Streep, Peter Sarsgaard, Alan Arkin and a lot more. It revolves around the life of a suicide bomber and the torture on a suspected terrorist. The movie started off slow but as it progresses, it makes every viewer in the cinema itching for the truth. Then comes the powerful ending that explains every thing. Highly recommended to those people who enjoy intellectual movies. If you go in the cinema expecting a high explosive war movie, i suggest you go for AVP2.
