新不了情

12 hours from now, i will officially complete my FYP. I'm having my viva later at 2pm. I would like to thanks Joyce in advance for her laptop because I need a lappy for my viva and i don't have one. So u need to lend from her. Kam Siah!!!

Anyway, it had been more a week since i last blog. I'm just too busy last week. Had something personal to do and some personal feelings had been cultivating itself inside me. Never mind. I ignore it already. No time to think so much. LOL. Last Wednesday i had a test and I got my final assignment due last Friday. Now I'm just waiting for the viva tomorrow then i can concentrate in studying for my finals.

Last Friday, I had dinner at Tao with Joyce, TK, Amy ( Birthday Girl) and Dann. Nice place. Good food. I will put up the pictures once Amy send it to me.

Joyce. Here is something for you to increase your general knowledge. SM is not Sex Maniac. SM is Sadomasochism.

Ok...by now u guys must be wondering why is my title 新不了情. For those who kept themselves update with the latest news on the entertainment industry should have known that there is this new drama entitled C'est La Vie, Mon Cheri. It is a drama version of the award winning tear jerker, 1993 新不了情 acted by Anita Yuen and Lau Ching Wan. After 15 years, here's the drama version acted by Fiona Sit and Chen Kun. I wanted to watch it but i'm just too busy for another drama. I'll watch it if i remember after my finals. Haha..

Last time, the song 新不了情 sung by Wan Fang was a big hit. Now, the theme song of C'est La Vie, Mon Cheri which is 新不了情 was performed by Jane Chang. It was shocking to know that Jane Chang is not the winner of SuperGirl. She's just the second runner up. With such a stunning and captivating voice, it makes me wonder. Hmm.....Well, maybe it is just me alone that felt her voice was good because when i showed 'someone' that youtube video of Jane Chang singing "Loving You", that 'someone' just give me a reaction as if any living soul ( which includes that 'someone') can sing like that.

At last!!

YES!!! DominiqueBan is back after an absence of almost a week. I've been rushing my thesis day and night. For the passed 3 nights, I slept at 6am and woke at 9am.

最美麗的第七天 ( finale)

If you guys had been reading my blog, I've blogged about this tvb drama. I've just watched the final episode of 最美麗的第七天 ( The Seventh Day ). The ending is not fairytale. I can't helped it. Tears keeping rolling down my cheek. Why does it have to end that way?

The ending is not tragical. It is a peaceful one. It is not those crying next to the bed while the patient slowly passed away and the next thing you hear is the "teeeee" sound.

Some might be wondering, what makes this drama so special that i had to blog about it twice. It is not any typical tvb drama. It doesn't have a dramatic plot. Not those kind of drama that is either senseless or vengeful. The story just flow so smoothly that it is like a reality tv kind of programme. If it is written as a story book, it will definitely be a best seller. Besides that, the title is very catchy. It gives me this very soothing feeling. In the end, i know why the title is 最美麗的第七天.

To those who haven't watch this drama, you only need 900 mins to complete 20 episodes. If you don't mind the quality, u can watch it on youtube. It is worth every minute of your life to watch it. To that someone that don't know what romantic is, you should really watch this. Learn something from it. (you know who you are) I'm not going to write more about this drama because i really want you guys to watch it and i don't want this entry to be a spoiler to those who want to watch.

Besides that, the sub song sang by Niki and Kevin is sooooo nice. It reminds me totally of the drama. I have to admit that each time i hear this song, i feel very sour and feel like crying. OK!! DominiqueBan is EMO!! I admit!!!

Encounter

It is 3.31am now. I just got back from Joyce's house about an hour or so after watching Shall We Dance. We got so inspired by the movie that we wanted to go take ballroom dancing. But the most memorable encounter i had today is not from the movie Shall We Dance but it is from the latest horror flick in the cinema Rule#1.

The movie was schedule 2.50pm but when i enter the cinema, there were a lot of vacant seats only roughly 5-6 seats were taken. As usual, nobody really like horror film. My seat is the 3rd seat on the 2nd row. The 1st and 2nd seat of each row is separated from the 3rd seat by the stairs.

As i was in the 2nd row, there was a couple seated a few seats next to me and 3 guys in front of me. There we no one behind me. I took a glance to my back and i thought i saw a guy wearing all white seated in the 2nd seat of the 1st row. I looked again but there was no one. Then 2 girls came in and sat on the 1st and 2nd seat of the 1st row. Ok..did i see "sth" or maybe i need new glasses? I have no idea.

Anyway, it is nothing special to me as those people who knew me long enough would have heard my previous encounters. Some are seriously dam close. I wouldn't have said sth out of ordinary just to scare people right? Seriously, why would i do that? Getting goosebumps already. Better go to sleep. Haha.

Sorry if this post is disturbing. If you guys are wondering which cinema is this, I think it is better i keep it to myself. Chill la~ not so ngam 1 la. Just don't choose that seat lo. LOL.

Ah Long Pte Ltd

This morning, i'm supposed to go to lab and complete the last procedure for my FYP. I went around 9am in the morning but to my surprise, there were people earlier than me. So i couldn't do as they will be using it for the whole day. Haiz..effort wasted ( for waking up early).

It was about 10sth am when i left USM. After that i went to Gurney's MPH to buy the book "Coffee Break Tales" by Yeoh Gim Suan for my English Assignment. It was then that i realised, GSC is screening "Ah Long Pte Ltd".

Ah Long Pte Ltd is the latest Jack Neo film. If you guys are loyal fans of Singaporean Film, you should know who Jack Neo is. As it was a long time since I last practised this weird hobby of mine (to watch movie alone), i decided to go catch the movie alone. Hehe..i watch the 1140am movie but out of expectation, the cinema was packed with youngsters. ( riaoz a lot =P).

The movie is dam funny. Never regret watching it even i know i'm wasting the time that i'm supposed to use it to do all those stacking up assignments. Fann Wong and Mark Lee put up a great performance in this movie. One being "Tomboy" and one more being "Chao Ah Gua".
Those 988 listeners will get a chance to see 988 DJ KK get his ass slash during a fight. LOL. He dam funny la....he dun look like Ah Long at all.

Those who are looking for a good laugh after a week of stressful work should really go and watch this movie ( for example mr.ano). LOL..

My Brain Is Over Here

While i'm complaining that i'm worried about my studies, my left my brain here. For the passed few hours, I've been cracking my brain thinking what to do with my blog to entertain the readers. I've got all kind of nonsensical and stupid ideas that i'm very certain will bring lots of joy and entertainment to my loyal readers. I've got a whole list of updates and fun-filled programme for all of you!!! 41 days later, u will enjoy a different dominiqueban.blogspot.com.

Worried

While everyone is busy blogging about the latest result of the Malaysia's Election 2008, i'm worried. I'm seriously worried now. My FYP not done. Thesis haven't finish. English Assignment not yet start. Haiz....i really scared i cannot graduate.

Not only this. Till today i dun really understand Gauss's Law. I fear i might fail Quantum again. I totally have no idea wad is Solid State Physics 2. Haiz...

Here's a list of things i need to do
1. Finish FYP by this week. (14th Mac 2008)
2. Start doing thesis this week. (Draft due on 21st Mac 2008..Full thesis on 28th Mac 2008)
3. Start doing English Assignment this week (Due 19th Mac 2008)
4. Understand Gauss's Law and everything that Prof Jo teach before finals.
5. Try to understand Solid State Physics 2
6. Study Quantum all over again and again.
7. Read Heroes and Others, Lovers and Strangers and Malayan Trilogy again.
8. Stop playing MapleStory (i believe this one a lot of ppl will support)
9. Stop thinking ridiculous stuff and making myself ki siao about it. (Sorry Joyce I scold u just now)
10. Pray everything soon soon li li and tai kat tai lei.

It was another boring Saturday night. Initially we planned to watch Martian Child but our good friend TK kor forgot about it. Total spoiler that night. End up, me and Joyce had dinner at Sakae Sushi (again). After dinner, we had New Zealand Naturals. Then Tk kor called and we went to Martini Cafe for a drink.

I went to Kek Lok Si last thursday for prayers. It is a yearly event. It is a prayer to bless the family with luck in this new year. During the prayers, the monk will " liam keng" and everyone will listen quietly. At frst, it was quiet boring. Then suddenly the master of the temple start to liam. Woah...i tell u, his voice really si pek good. So powerful. Woohoo...maybe should ask him go try joining singing competition hor?

MayMay's House 25-02-08

It was 11.45 pm. Me, TK and MayMay went out for a drink at Faces earlier. We dropped her home and she asked us whether we want to go up and have a look at her house or not. We hesitated but she insisted ( if not mistaken). We silently took the lift up and she silently open her house door. We felt like penceroboh. Quietly we tiptoed into the house. Then i get so excited with her house that i started to snap photos. I forgot that her parents were sleeping. She was afraid that i might wake her parents up. LOL.

Very big house. Condo up the hill at Tanjung Bungah. Opposite floating mosque. 1600 square feet. 4 washrooms ( i think), 3 bedrooms, 2 fridge, 1 plasma tv and countless tiles on the floor. LOL. I forgot the name of the condo but i remember how to go. Huhu~
