Last Saturday was one of the busiest day i ever had. I went out early in the morning at 730am and reached home the previous morning 230am. I'm totally worn out that day. After the gathering at FoodLoft, i went to meet a blogging friend which is a friend of Joyce, the famous SHIRLEY!!!! Haha. Even though it was my first time meeting her but I felt as if I'm meeting an old friend. Whee!!!We had a great deal of fun that night. Having witnessed some beh-drink-but-wanna-drink fella who vomited all over CoffeeBean, we had to move to another location since the night is still young. WOOHOO!!!We went over to Baby. Truly disappointing place. Should have picked BED. ( my fist punching my palm)

Anyway, we really had a lot of fun. We were as usual lo. Joking, teasing, perli-memerli but of cause with the presence of Shirley, some of us ( nudging TK ) were shy and trying to act cool. LOL. Anyway, he's always cool la. Huhu~ Joyce who claimed that she had stomach ache also ki siao that night. Amy and Dann ma as usual lo. Bo comment. LOL.

Let me say something about Shirley...hmm....wanna say her siao siao also not very siao...wanna say her sot sot also not very sot...normal normal la...but really is a friendly person. She smile a lot. I noticed that. She really smile a lot. Titi smile. Smile left smile right smile up smile down. LOL. Haha...but smiling is good. Gathering @ FoodLoft 23-02-08

Me and my friends had a gathering in FoodLoft last Saturday while our juniors are having their Physics Night in Copthorne Orchid. Initially we plan to have dinner at Chillis but there were too many people and the waiting list is very long. So we decided to go to FoodLoft.It had been a long time since i went out with them. If not mistaken, the previous time was watching The Bourne Ultimatum. Really had a great time that night with all the question and answers. There were lots of laughters especially when everyone starts to imitate Sin Yee's dramatic facial expression. LOL. Too bad nobody took photos of it. Everyone was so busy laughing.

I just had to blog about this recent TVB series. It is still airing in Hong Kong. It is so touching and romantic. 2 guys sharing the same birth date falling in love on the same day but led a different lifestyle and love life. If you really want to know what true love is all about, you should really watch this series. You might think that this things only happen in dramas but i doubt so after I, myself had gone through lots of real life dramas recently.

OK back to the series. In the latest episode that i've watched, both the guys found their love ones on their birthday. The series is still airing so i can't really tell what will happen next.

ChillOut : Conquering Ludibrium

These Days......

2 weeks ago, we were happily enjoying the new year. 2 hours ago, the 15 days of Chinese New Year celebration ended. What should i say? Hmm...Did i enjoy it? I spent most of my time in the lab and in front of my desktop. LOL. Anyway, last week i told JayChuah that my life is boring. Nothing much happen therefore i got nothing to blog. Contradictory to that statement, there had been a lot of happenings this week that doesn't involved me but captured my attention.

On Monday or was it Tuesday, couldn't remember. Someone staying in the same apartment as me passed away. I thought it was due to old age but i heard from my mom yesterday that it was a young Indian lady. She committed suicide by hanging herself. Why? According to sources, her boyfriend didn't want to marry her on Valentine's Day.

Wednesday, i read in the newspaper that Edison Chen's hand is worth half a million. Police asked him not to return to Hong Kong. I blogged about it. But I just heard that he's back in Hong Kong on Thursday which is yesterday. O.o.

On Tuesday morning, Lydia Sum aka Fei Jie, a very respected figure in Hong Kong Entertainment Industry passed away after a long battle with liver cancer. She will always remained in the heart of everyone.

This morning, while i was driving to USM, I passed by a house which was surrounded by the yellow police tape. As usual, the traffic was very slow because everyone wanna have a look. I saw a few forensic walking around. How i know they were forensic? It is written at the back of their vest. LOL. Don't know what happen. If you know, pls tell me!

Edison Chen's hand

I believed by now everyone already know about edison chen's scandal. Huhu. Some even viewed the photos and commented it to me. LOL. Anyway, those who read the newspaper today would have known about this but this blog entry is for those peple who would rather read my blog rather than newspaper.

Edison Chen's hand is now worth half a million Hong Kong dollars. WOOT!! That will be roughly RM 206,584. A senior member of a triad society had put that price to chop off edison's chen hand to teach him a lesson.

Edison Chen is said to be still hiding in the United States. According to newspapers, the police had informed his company to stop him from returning to Hong Kong due to safety purposes. Hong Kong's Oriental daily quoted a female artist suggested that the money be place " on that body part which he likes to parade so much ". LOL.

If you guys are hoping to see those photos in this blog, i'm very sorry because this is U blog. LOL.

Kung Fu Dunk

I went to watch Kung Fu Dunk last saturday with my buddies, TK, CK and Ah Wong ( You and Me) . A lot of people think that it is lame and they prefer watching CJ7 rather than Kung Fu Dunk but we went against the odds. Surprisingly, our choice isn't a bad one. It is hilarious and we definitely had a good laugh that night. With Ah Wong around, you would have guessed that his viscid, watery fluid, secreted by his salivary glands will be all over the place including my hand and CK's hand. YUCK!!!!Anyway, the movie is good. But Jay's hair is a bit errrr......

The movie is about Shi Jie, a brilliant martial art student from the Kungfu School. The master of the school adopted him as a baby, when he was found abandoned near a basketball court. One day, he encounters a group of youths playing basketball and realised how easy it is for him. One night, we was throwing tin cans into the rubbish bin with 100% accuracy. Watching him was Li, a businessman, who decides that he would exploit Shi Jie skills to make some money. Under the guise of helping Shi Jie to find his long lost parents, he recruits him to play basketball at a local university. By some strange coincidence, the girl that Shi Jie has had a long crush on is the sister of the basketball team’s captain, Ting Wei. In order to get her attention, he challenged the team star and LiLi’s crush Xiao Lan. Ting Wei helps Shi Jie to focus his energies on the game and adapting his kung fu skills for basketball. The major rival team, lead by Lee Tien, is so ruthless that they have been banned from competing in other countires. In the championship match against Ting Wei’s team, they bribe the referees to turn a blind eye to their tactics against the university team. In the face of all hardship, Shi Jie, Ting Wei, Xiao Lan and the team learn their most important lessons and shook off all the impossibilities to win the game.

JayChuah's Believe It Or Not

For those who knows JayChuah, you must be very curious and anxious just by looking at the title of this entry. For those who don't know JayChuah, after reading this entry, you will definitely want to know him.

Here's we go~

It was a very peaceful and boring 1st day of Chinese New Year. That afternoon was burning hot. The weather was furnace-like. I couldn't get out of my house; fearing that my hair would catch fire. Later that evening, ZK and CK called me asking for plans at night. So I decided to go CK's house for angpow!!!ZK came along.

At CK's house, JayChuah sms-ed ZK telling him that he's going for a movie. 5 mins later, JayChuah sms again. He went to the wrong cinema. The movie was supposed to be at Gurney. He went to Queen's bay. LOL.

So we asked him out for a drink. We went to Starbucks at New World Park. Initially wanted to meet TK there but TK was with his other friends at Old Town. You guys remember TK? TK likes Chicken.

We sat down and chatted for a while. Suddenly, JayChuah asked me to join some multi level marketing thingy that sells SANITARY PAD!!!!

Here's the conversation,

Jay : Eh Ban, go sell sanitary pad la. There's this multi level marketing selling sanitary pad wan.
Me: Lu ki siao.
Jay : Serious wan la.
Me: Ok..OK...
Jay: NO...you know that day i went to hear this multi level marketing guy promoting his sanitary pad. He poured one whole cup of water on to the sanitary pad and not a single drop of water can be squeeze out from the pad.
Me, Ck and Zk : WOAH!!
Jay : Really wan!!Summore he tear open the sanitary pad and show me the structure inside. Inside got some kind of drying gel. It is called..mono chro...
Zk : Chlorophyl
Jay : Gong Xi Fa Cai you la.
Zk : LOL.
Jay : Summore that gel if u hold it than your fingers will get longer.
Me, Ck and Zk : HUH!!!
Jay : Really la..I didn't believe also. I go and hold it than my fingers really got longer. I not only measured it once but a few times.
Zk : Si bo?
Jay : Si la!!That guy summore say if we shake our hand, our hand will get longer too.

Jay starts to shake his hand.

ZK ROFL. CK LMAO. ME ROFLMAO.

Jay put both his hand together and compared the length.

Jay : SEE SEE!!REALLY LONGER WAN!!!

ZK still ROFL. CK still LMAO. ME still ROFLMAO.

ZK : Ok...let me try.

Zk shook his hand too..

Jay : No...not like that..you must put your hand straight and shake. Then only the positive ions can flow to the fingers.

Zk : Oooo...okok...

CK still LMAO. ME still ROFLMAO.

After a while, Zk compared his palms.

Zk : Nah still the same nia.
Jay : I think that guy got say not everyone can.

End of story, it is the best 1st day of Chinese New Year anyone would asked for. We seriously laughed like gila.

The Gentle Crackdown

Recently, i'm watching this new tvb drama series entitled The Gentle Crackdown 2 (秀才愛上兵). It is hilarious (Only if you understand Cantonese). The scripts are so dam funny that it makes u laugh out loud. I go crazy every time i watched it at home. Me and my bro will go " muahahahahah".

The Gentle Crackdown 2 (秀才愛上兵) is the sequel to The Gentle Crackdown (秀才遇著兵). Both series are not related. But the sequel is as good as the first drama.

The Gentle Crackdown (秀才遇著兵) is starred by Moses Chan and Niki Chow.

The Gentle Crackdown 2 (秀才愛上兵) is starred by Steven Ma and Yumiko Cheng.

I've been reading forums regarding the sequel but a lot of people dislike Yumiko Cheng. But i personally think she's cute and since it is her first tvb series (if i'm not mistaken), her acting is not bad comparing to a lot of other first timers.

Do watch The Gentle Crackdown 2 (秀才愛上兵) if you guys have time. It is also not too late to watch The Gentle Crackdown (秀才遇著兵). Both are enjoyable and catchy.
